Our Story

Rooted in Purpose and Built to Endure.
Real Solutions was born in 2017 as a small LLC — no team, no clients, just a vision. By 2019, we were deepening our expertise in commercial construction and engaging with global brands. By 2021, we grew our national footprint through recurring maintenance contracts with retail and QSR brands. By 2024, we had launched as a full-service commercial provider and completed our first large-scale facilities maintenance and buildout projects. In 2025, we expanded the field team and scaled national account programs across 23 states.
The bison is more than our logo — it represents how we work. Like the bison, we move toward challenge instead of away from it. We stay steady under pressure, act with intention, and push forward when the work gets hard. We are family-first, team-driven, and rooted in relationships with our crew, clients, and partners.
